The organization has a clear and definite idea of the Russian Orthodox Church. The Central Church is convinced that Orthodoxy is not Christianity, the Orthodox are not saved and, confessing their faith, either intentionally lie, or, more often, unintentionally err.
Structure and internal organization: the Sect is built on a pyramid structure, which is characterized by a rigid hierarchy, strict accountability of "students" to "leaders". By the end of 1995, the international churches of Christ had 242 congregations in 89 countries with 118 thousand parishioners. In April 1996, the number of students in Moscow - 2245 people of both sexes, in Russia-12300 students. In Novosibirsk for a long time about 1 thousand people, and the number of converts for any period of time usually corresponds to the number of those who left the organization. In 1995, the Novosibirsk Christian Church (under this name, the Central Church is registered in Novosibirsk) celebrated its achievement of the milestone of 1000 people. In the following years, according to some reports, there was a decrease in the number.
Internal documents of the sect indicate the financing of Russian branches from Los Angeles and mandatory fees from members of the sect.
In Russia, the TSK is organized according to the scheme worked out in many countries of the world. The simplest cell of the Central Committee - the so-called "conversation about the Bible" or just "conversation" - from 3 to 10 people (periodically held "mergers" and "unbundling" "conversations"). The immediate task of this primary group is to conduct 1-2 times a week conversations about the Bible (hence the name). The discussion of the biblical theme takes place in a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The goal is to convey to everyone the "Evangelical" view of the problem under discussion. Members of the same "conversation" either study together or live close to each other. Members of the conversation see each other almost every day, especially students. At the head of the "conversation" is the " leader of the conversation." He is the" best friend "of his "interlocutors", he is their father and mother, he can be trusted with everything. He also exercises a zealous control over the life of the wards: attendance at General services, diligence in Bible study, activity in preaching. The sisters have their own leader, the right hand of the leader is the brother.
Three or four "conversations" are combined into a "zone". The zone is managed by the leader of one of the "conversations" within the "zone". He is a mentor and leader for the leaders of "conversations". Three or four "zones" make up the "sector" - the main "tactical" division of the Central Committee: (about 100 people). The sector rents a hall for Sunday sermons and weekday meetings. The leader of the "sector", who also leads the "zone" and "conversation", is the main spiritual authority for the members of the"sector". He teaches Bible classes "for disciples only," and he preaches on Sundays. He is usually accompanied by a female leader.
Several "sectors" make up a "region" that unites people living and studying in a large area of the city. The leader of the "region" (not exempt, by the way, neither from the "sector", nor from the "zone", nor from the "conversation") is certainly a" cool " preacher, sometimes a foreigner. The leaders of the "zones", "sectors", "regions" and their assistants are people who work only for the Central Bank and receive a salary in dollars. All the "regions" together are already a "Church", which is named in accordance with the location ("Moscow", "Novosibirsk"). The leader of the city's "Church" is a "legendary" figure. Sometimes he (as well as some leaders of "regions") bears the title of "Evangelist", which, like everything in the Central Church, allegedly has a "biblical" origin. In one of his Epistles, the Apostle Paul called Timothy a " Evangelist." In modern Protestant translations, it sounds like "Evangelist". Leaders have complete information about each of the ordinary students.
For example, Moscow is divided into super-regions, which, in turn, are divided into sectors. In total, Moscow has 9 regions with 27 sectors. In each region, there is always a us citizen who controls the situation.
